We respect personal relationships and are happy to help not only with the range of services we offer, but with any part that may be of convenience to you or you clients. For example:
  • Real Estate Agents:  We can pre-qualify your clients and offer them Guaranteed Mortgage Packages (as opposed to "good faith" estimates that can change). Also, our lawyers and title agents are available for closings.
  • Attorneys:  We offer title abstract, binders and policies of insurance. We're also happy to discuss your client's real estate and financing issues with you and/or your client.
  • Title Companies:  We can handle your deed preparation needs, and also provide general counseling, research and support to a non-lawyer closing agent or agency.
  • Loan Officers/Lenders:  We understand your needs because we all work closely with, or are, Lawyers Financial loan officers. We are available to provide you with one stop shopping for your closing and title needs. (That's why we started doing closings - lack of attention from the title 'chop shops' who run 'em through.) We are also interested in adding to our loan officer staff, and welcome inquiries in that regard.
